- Returns and Refunds for Architectural Services:
1.1 Initial Consultation and Design Phase:
- The fees paid for the initial consultation and design phase are non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation during the initial consultation and design phase, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.
1.2 Architectural Plans and Drawings:
- Due to the nature of our architectural plans and drawings being personalized and customized to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the plans have been delivered.
- We encourage you to carefully review and provide feedback during the design phase to ensure the plans meet your expectations.
- Returns and Refunds for Products:
2.1 Standard Products:
- If you are not satisfied with a standard product purchased from Dreamour Design, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Dreamour Design reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition or if the return period has expired.
2.2 Customized or Made-to-Order Products:
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If you receive a customised or made-to-order product in a damaged or defective condition, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Cancellations:

- If you wish to cancel architectural services before the delivery of final plans, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
- A partial refund may be provided based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
